Daher's Idaho site, located in Sandpoint Idaho, a small outdoor community located between Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer Mountain, is home to Kodiak, a rugged mission ready 10-seat short takeoff and landing turboprop. The facility supports design, manufacturing, development, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities for the Kodiak 100 and Kodiak 900, serving customers worldwide. The team of approximately 300 employees builds airplanes starting largely from raw materials, all the way through painting, to final assembly, defining built by hand in Sandpoint Idaho. Beyond final assembly is comprehensive customer service, aircraft maintenance, technical support, and quality oversight, while continuing to engineer the next generation of Kodiak capability.

Kodiak Aircraft is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Planner to help ensure manufacturing information isaccurate, complete, and production-ready for certifiedaircraftproduction.

This role connects Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and ERP systems. You will translate engineering intent into executable manufacturing data and help strengthen the planning processes that supportaircraftbuild execution.

Senior doesnot simply mean more years of experience. We are looking for someone who canoperateindependently, use sound judgment, influence stakeholders without formal authority, and bring practical ideas to improve how manufacturing planning is performed.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

• Create,maintain, and improvemBOMs, routings, work instructions, and ERP manufacturing data.

• Translate engineering bills of material, drawings, and process definitions into executable production data.

• Ensure work orders reflectaccuratesequencing, materials, tooling, requirements, and operational constraints.

• Implement engineering changes whilemaintainingrevision control,effectivity, configuration integrity, andaircrafttraceability.

• Resolve gaps between ERP data and actual shop-floor execution through root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.

• Partner across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Configuration Management to improve production readiness.

What you need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, manufacturing engineering, ERP data management, or a related role in a complex production environment.

• Strong ERP experience such as Epicor, SAP, or similar, includingmBOMs, routings, and production data structures.

• Experience reconciling engineering and manufacturing BOM structures, preferably using PLM systems such as Teamcenter or similar.

• Hands-on understanding of manufacturing operations and how products areactually builton the shop floor.

• Experience with engineering change management, configuration control,effectivity, and revision management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Preferred:

• Aircraftmanufacturing experience, knowledge of AS9100 or regulated manufacturing environments, exposure to MRP systems, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or digital work instructions. A technical degree is preferred but not the only path to success.

Information related to the position:

• The compensation range is $75,000 to $85,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus.

• The above salary rangerepresentsa general guideline; however, Daher considersa number offactors whendeterminingsalary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
