HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE You will be analytically minded but not rigid:\nClearly visualising and explaining findings and future improvements.\nUsing data-driven analysis to assess the current state (\"AS-IS\") before implementing changes.\nPresenting findings to internal and external stakeholders, adapting communication to different audiences.\nCollaborating with all levels of the organisation, from senior project engineers to shop floor staff.\nWorking closely with customers, requiring strong interpersonal skills.
