supports business users and CDD staff to conduct user acceptance testing phase.\nPrepares system manual and technical document.\nCoordinates with Data Center Service Provider Executives in production procedure set-up for launching of new systems.\nAssumes responsibility for production support in a maintenance environment and provides concrete solution to ensure the stability of such environment.\nMaintains current technical skills and business knowledge;
