At Thermosystems, you will be encouraged to grow, apply what you know, and see the impact of your hard work.\nIf you want to learn more about Thermosystems, visit us at www.thermohvac.com today!\nLocation: Elmhurst, IL\nResponsibilities:\nProcesses AP/AR invoices and billing daily.\nComplete bi-monthly AP check runs.\nUses judgment to make decisions on significant accounting items dealing with billing, credit, etc.\nCommunicate with both management and customers on issues revolving around billing.\nEnters Utility and Employee expenses.\nAssist Service Department with invoicing.\nComplete credit memo log and audit monthly.\nComplete a weekly shipment audit.\nCommunicate with sales team on a regular basis.\nAll other duties assigned.\nQualifications:\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in an accounting related field is preferred.\nProven experience in the accounting field.\nHighschool diploma or GED is required.\nMust have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to communicate clearly and have strong communication skills.\nTeam player and willing to help others.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nSelf-motivated and can work independently.\nThe typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.00 - $29.80 / hr. in Illinois.
