This role will collaborate with digital senior leadership, majority owned representatives, and business leaders to advance the Company’s growth agenda and ensure successful assessment and execution of new opportunities.\nCome be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!\nLocation: Hybrid - Plymouth, MN\nYour Responsibilities:\nLead Digital Due Diligence - Lead the Digital organizations diligence work assessing target digital environments (e.g., infrastructure, security, data, and applications)\nSynthesize Findings and Recommendations - Coordinate cross-functional input (security, infrastructure, finance, HR, etc.), develop cost and risk assessments, and present concise diligence insights and integration/separation hypotheses to senior leadership\nLead Post-Close Activities - Build and execute Digital’s integration and separation plans from close through scope completion, ensuring seamless alignment across infrastructure, applications, security, business systems, etc\nPartner with Daikin and target businesses, functional organizations (e.g., sales, service, manufacturing, finance, HR), cross-functional groups, and other stakeholders throughout the M&A process to successfully accomplish the business objectives\nMeasure and Realize Value - Track digital synergies and performance metrics post-close to confirm value realization and continuous improvement against Corporate and Digital KPIs\nDevelop the Digital M&A Playbook - Create standardized methodologies, templates, and repeatable processes to enhance deal consistency, speed, and effectiveness\nInstitutionalize Best Practices - Capture lessons learned from due diligence, integrations, separations, and investments to continuously refine governance, tools, and execution approaches\nYour Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field\n8 years of related experience working on M&A projects at an organization or consulting firm\nExperience working in an IT organization, ideally with multiple functional areas (e.g., infrastructure, applications, program management)\nProgram management experience, and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously\nExperience and comfort with uncertainty and the ability to define assumptions to draft plans and estimates\nDemonstrated experience executing due diligence, integration and separation planning, and execution across all aspects of digital work streams (e.g., infrastructure, security, data, applications (CRM, ERP, etc.)), and business processes\nStrong business process and strategic analysis skills\nExcellent communication, presentation, cross-functional collaboration abilities with digital and business leaders\nProven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior leaders across functions\nYour Preferred Qualifications:\nMBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or related field\nBroad understanding and experience with digital work streams (infrastructure, security, analytics, applications (CRM, ERP, etc.)), and business processes (OTC, MES, etc.)\nExperience integrating and separating infrastructure, security, data and application platforms\nExperience in industrial, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors\nNatural translator between business and technology leaders - equally comfortable in executive boardrooms and technical reviews\nCreative team player with excellent relationship management skills and a focus on business results\nExperience in strategy development\nYour Benefits:\nDaikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\nMultiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance\n401K retirement plan with employer match\nPaid time off and company paid holidays\nPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law\nTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service \nWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position\nThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,800 - $171,700 plus a 15% bonus in Minnesota.
