In this role, you will be responsible for installation, programming, and service of commercial building digital control systems. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!\nLocation: Atlanta, GA. - Onsite\nWhat you will do:\nProvide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships\nIdentify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems\nPerform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers\nMaintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming\nProvide controls technical support to HVAC technicians\nCreate and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects\nCommission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications\nRecord and report billing, inventory, timecards, technician tip reports, and other articles as required and in a timely manner \nInteract and train customers by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call and explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences \nParticipate in available training through regional technician trainers, off-site learning modules, and Daikin Learning.
