This includes identifying correct parts, providing conflict resolutions for contractors, and coordinating questions revolving around our equipment/product.\n\nAccurately identify parts.\n\nProcess revenue and/or warranty orders revolving around part equipment/product.\n\nGenerate part quotes and equipment proposals for customers.\n\nLoad and unload trucks/customer vehicles.\n\nProvide training to new parts personnel employees.\n\nAll other duties assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nPrevious knowledge of HVAC equipment.\n\nComputer knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 suite.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work on multiple tasks at once.\n\nEasily adapt to new situations and challenges.\n\nHigh mechanical and electrical aptitude.\n\nWorks well individually with limited supervision.\n\nHighly organized and a reliable team player.\n\nThe typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $27.60 - $33.65 in IL. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
