Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!\nLocation - Owatonna, MN\nYour Responsibilities:\nResponsible for the efficient usage of programmed materials.\nProvide basic support to efficiently build quality products and meet market demands.\nStudy and recommend techniques to improve existing CAM and internal software products.\nAnalyze and determine the most effective material size for production and recommends alternative materials to engineering when appropriate.\nSelect and recommend tooling purchases for new equipment in conjunction with engineering and assists to coordinate the purchase of tooling with the tooling department.\nCreate and adjust CAD files and collaborates with engineering regarding design enhancements for cost improvements.\nTroubleshoots basic machine programming issues.\nAssist in product development and cost reduction.\nParticipate in special project teams, working outside the scope of normal process to facilitate an accelerated schedule\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nYour Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\n0 to 2 years of Experience\nYour Benefits:\nDaikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\nMultiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance \n401K retirement plan with employer match\nPaid time off and company paid holidays\nPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law\nTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service \nWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position\nThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $23.66 to $36.59 in Minnesota.
