Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!\nLocation: Hybrid, Plymouth, MN\nWhat you will do:\nDevelops and leads continuous improvement training programs related to Kaizen, quality, problem solving, and team facilitation techniques and tools across Sales, Service and Solutions business unit\nCreate the vision and strategy that drives continuous improvement in terms of cost reduction (CIP), productivity gains, and lean best practices across the business unit to improve Quality and On-Time Delivery\nDevelops and coordinates the implementation of employee technical skills development programs and provides ongoing management oversight and support of these programs\nProvides coaching experience and subject matter expertise to others working with Kaizen and other Lean methodologies.
