At Thermosystems, you will be encouraged to grow, apply what you know, and see the impact of your hard work.\nIf you want to learn more about Thermosystems, visit us at www.thermohvac.com today!\nLocation: Hybrid - Elkhart, IN\nJob Responsibilities:\nResponsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.\nCoordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.\nGather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.\nWork both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project propels.\nServe as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.\nManage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.\nAll other duties assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in related field is required.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects.\nPrevious experience working in HVAC is preferred.\nPrevious experience working with Microsoft 365 required.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work on multiple tasks at once.\nEasily adapt to new situations and challenges.\nHigh mechanical and electrical aptitude.\nWorks well individually with limited supervision.\nHighly organized and a reliable team player.\nThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $150,00 in IN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls.
