Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!\nLocation - Dayton, OH\nYour Responsibilities:\nResponsible for the efficient usage of programmed materials.\nInspect, receive, and verify all return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and add the information into their appropriate tracking logs.\nResponsible for taking the appropriate action for inventory including processing return to various vendors, placing inventory back into the onsite warehouse and scrapping out damaged items.\nResponsible for maintaining the daily logs capturing incoming and outgoing RMAs, warranty information and credit requests and material movement utilizing the CRM, WMS and MS Excel.\nResearch and process transactions through inhouse WMS.\nAct as the point of contact for various vendors using their defined processes and partner with the corporate Warranty team as needed.\nEnsure that all material is transferred to the appropriate area to ensure daily accuracy of inventory.\nWith the support of the Inventory Control department, perform physical cycle counts as required for all physical and virtual inventory.\nFollow all inhouse and ISO 140001 procedures when processing scrapped inventory, including separating the items into the appropriate bins and contacting the appropriate parties for pick up.\nThis role will support other areas of the facility based on the needs of the business including cross training and backing up the Receiving Department both systematically and in physically processing material.\nOperate the necessary power equipment (i.e. fork truck, order picker).\nResponsible for processing of the compressor cores and returning material to vendors, as needed.\nDemonstrated proficiency in processing returns and all shipments, free of error.\nDemonstrated mastery in completing reviews of RMA sub inventories, customer returns and communicating with site leadership and the materials teams to drive accuracy and efficiency.\nOther duties as assigned.\nYour Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\n0 to 2 years of Experience\nYour Benefits:\nDaikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\nMultiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance \n401K retirement plan with employer match\nPaid time off and company paid holidays\nPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law\nTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service \nWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position\nThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $16.01 - 25.50 in Ohio.
