Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!\nLocation: Raleigh, NC - Hybrid\nYour Responsibilities:\nWork with Technician Supervisor and/or Operations, Service Center or District Manager in scheduling and dispatching of technicians for jobs (Startups/repairs, warranty, maintenance)\nHandle customer inquiries and routes questions of technical nature to the appropriate resource\nTracking of time and attendance for technicians\nCoordinate job startups and maintain communication with the customer regarding scheduling for the startup and follow-up on jobs in progress/completed\nInvoice and bill customers\nAssist in performing local office AP/AR functions and follows up with customer to ensure that payment has been received\nCoordinate warranty administration process, parts orders, and track shipments\nAnswer telephones and greet customers while maintaining professional and courteous customer contact\nAssist new hires in the completion of their new hire paperwork, complete employer required sections of forms (I-9) and ensure that it is sent to Human Resources on the new employee’s first day of employment\nMaintain OSHA logs\nEnter all information and maintain information into Enterprise Resource System. This includes work orders, new customer information, and technician hours for billing purposes\nEnsure timely close-out on all work orders and that all associated paperwork (P.O., etc.) is received and filed with the proper job\nResponsible for gathering local prevailing wage rate and completing sending hours worked by Technicians on those PW jobs to Human Resources\nMaintain filing for and office equipment (copier, telephone, fax, etc.)\nProvide initial notification of Workers Compensation claims to insurance carrier\nYour Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED \n2-4+ years of related experience in a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field \nBachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of work experience \nExperience working with HVAC Technicians (preferred)\nExperience with Astea and/or any other service tracking software \nProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite \nYour Benefits:\nDaikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\nMultiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance \n401K retirement plan with employer match\nPaid time off and company paid holidays\nPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law\nTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service \nWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nThis position may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's education, experience, and demonstrated competencies.\nThe typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $28.41 - $45.10 in North Carolina.
