Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive ourevery endeavor!\nLocation: Remote USA\nWhat you will do:\nReview and edit technical drawings to remove proprietary, confidential, and non-customer-facing information\nUse Bills of Materials (BOMs) and related documentation to identify, locate, and retrieve drawings associated with replacement parts\nPrepare customer-friendly drawing files that support accurate parts identification and ordering\nVerify drawing accuracy, legibility, and completeness before publication\nMaintain document revision control and version history for all customer-facing documents\nUpload, organize, and maintain drawings and related files within ecommerce and document management systems\nEnsure published documentation complies with company standards for document control and intellectual property protection\nCollaborate with Parts Identification, Product Support, and other cross-functional teams to resolve document discrepancies and clarify part information\nMaintain organized electronic records and document repositories\nAssist in developing and improving document control processes, standards, and procedures\nSupport ecommerce initiatives by ensuring timely availability of accurate customer-facing drawings and documentation\nWhat’s in it for you:\nThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth\nThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n2+ years of experience in document control, product documentation, records management, or a related role.\nExperience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), parts data, product documentation, or technical records.\nStrong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications\nThis will be a 6 month assignment with potential ability to go permanent\nWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position\nPreferred Qualifications:\n4 year degree in BA or BS from a credited university\nExperience supporting ecommerce platforms, online parts catalogs, or product content management systems\nFamiliarity with document management systems and revision control processes\nExperience reviewing technical drawings, exploded views, parts catalogs, or product documentation\nKnowledge of service parts documentation\nUnderstanding of confidentiality requirements and intellectual property protection\nBenefits:\nTemporary employees are NOT eligible for benefits:PTO for vacation\nPTO for holidays\nMedical Benefits\n\nMN based temporary employees are eligible for up to 48 hours of Sick and Safe time but is prorated based on their start date in the calendar year. Temporary workers in other locations vary by state policy. \nThe typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $30.00 - $33.65 an hour. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
