You will work directly on optimizing custom equipment designs for quality, performance, manufacturability, and full compliance with Australian standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and cost estimations for custom HVAC products in support of sales and business development activities.\n\nDevelop accurate manufacturing drawings and production instructions for successful project tenders.\n\nSpecify and select high-quality materials, components, and equipment aligned with project scope, industry standards, and sustainability goals.\n\nProvide hands-on technical support to production teams during assembly and fabrication, troubleshooting design and technical issues as they arise.\n\nMaintain complete technical documentation, project schedules, and progress reports while collaborating cross-functionally across procurement, quality assurance, and sales teams.\n\nAbout you\nTo excel in this role, you will be a proactive engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical HVAC design and a passion for continuous improvement.\nTertiary degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering).
