(Parts and Equipment ARP maintenance)\nPlan inventory to ensure accurate allocations of product based on sales forecasts. \nRun reports and analysis to create and maintain databases and spreadsheets for different users or areas. \nEnsure good customer service while dealing with customers’ phone calls, follow-ups, and relationship management. \nTrack and report efficiencies and yields associated with inventory management. \nManage the reduction of excess and obsolete inventory. \nReport to management/supervision daily out of stock items/materials.\nAssists in cycle count discrepancy reconciliation at the branch level.\nReview, monitor, and address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out of stock risk to sales. \nFacilitation of all required SAP standard work tasks to support branch operations.\nCommunicate effectively and promote information sharing between teams and departments. \nManage special inventory projects \nComplete other duties as assigned \nNature & Scope:\nPossesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education \nProblems faced are typically difficult and can be complex in nature.\nExplains facts, policies and practices related to job area \nKnowledge & Skills:\nStrong quantitative and problem-solving skills. \nInquisitive nature and a passion for data integrity. \nIdentify and analyze relationships contained within very large quantities of data. \nStrong skills with Microsoft Office programs. \nAccess or relational database knowledge. \nSupply Chain Management experience. \nBusiness analysis experience. \nStrong analytical skills. \nStrong communication and organizational skills. \nAbility to define, analyze, research, resolve, and communicate problems. \nCritical thinking skills. \nAbility to handle multiple tasks, and to prioritize tasks, in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWorking knowledge of SAP/WMS systems.\n\nExperience:\n2-5 years materials management, supply chain, or inventory planning experience in a distribution or warehouse environment \n2 plus years of HVAC experience, desirable\n\nEducation/Certification:\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business or equivalent experience required \nPeople Management: No\nPhysical Requirements / Work Environment:\nMust be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations \nReports To:\nRegional Operations Manager\nQualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
