Ensure integrations are resilient, secure, and performant, supporting mission-critical business processes.\nTeam Lead: Lead and mentor MuleSoft engineers, supporting skill development, code quality, and adoption of best practices. Provide technical guidance, design reviews, and solution validation across projects.\nCollaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and application teams to translate requirements into effective integration solutions. Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment to internal integration standards.\nSolution Design: Oversee the design of integrated solutions that may span multiple platforms and applications, ensuring inter-operability and scalability.\nStay Updated: Monitor Mulesoft's evolving capabilities and trends in the ecosystem.
