# Recruiter, Level 2

Daikin Comfort Technologies is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Recruiter, Level 3, position located in Waller, TX. The Recruiter 2 is responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process, including the development and execution of talent attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and talent acquisition strategies for high quality candidates. This applies to external and/or internal candidates for all entry to mid-level positions such as: sales, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff, hourly, and supervisory or management. The Recruiter will also need to know how and when to leverage the services of employment agencies, and ad placement with appropriate online, Internet and print media sources. They may also be involved with recruitment from colleges, technical schools and job fairs as needed.
