Evaluate our existing processes and create strategic plans to integrate these with S/4 HANA's functionalities.\n Process Optimization: Understand business processes for P2P (Branch and Corporate), identify areas for improvement, and ensure the solution aligns with SAP S/4HANA environment.\nStakeholder Management: Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including inventory, finance, logistics, to ensure seamless integration of S/4 HANA functions with other business operations. Also, manage relationships with external SAP consultants and solution providers.\nTraining and Support: Develop a comprehensive training program for end users, thus driving S/4 HANA adoption across the organization.
