feedback.\nMonitor satisfaction metrics.\nResolve experience pain points.\nWork with the Editorial, Product, and IT departments.\nCoordinate audience engagement.\nSupport podcast audience growth.\nRecommend UX improvements.\nDevelop customer communications.\nProduce monthly experience reports.\nBenchmark against industry best practice.\n Required Qualifications & Skills\nEducation: Degree in a relevant field.\nMinimum of seven (7) years’ experience in customer experience, digital products, or audience engagement.\nMedia or digital business experience is an advantage.\nCustomer
