Learn more at DailyPay's Press Center.\nThe Role:\nAs a Professional Services Associate, you will be an integral part of a new and dynamic team at DailyPay, a hybrid role encompassing expertise from all Professional Services teams. Your primary responsibilities will include quality assurance for client launches and changes, onboarding of new populations for existing clients, and launching xSME clients through streamlined integration processes. Additionally, you will contribute to various ad hoc client projects and conduct thorough reviews to optimize client and user experience.\nWe are actively seeking an individual who is analytical, highly collaborative, and possesses an inherent sense of curiosity, coupled with an exceptional eye for detail. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with a diverse group of internal stakeholders, including Implementation Managers, Technical Engagement Analysts, and Implementations Control Analysts, among others.
