This individual will be a pivotal member of our implementation team, leading complex integrations for new business and supporting re-implementations across our SMB and Enterprise segments. The Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle - from pre-sales support through post-launch handoff.\nOur team embraces modern tooling and AI-assisted workflows to deliver smarter, faster implementations - and we’re looking for someone who is naturally curious about emerging technology and excited to use it as a force multiplier in their day-to-day work.\nSuccess in this role will rely on a combination of strong client and project management skills, technical proficiency, executive presence, and the ability to manage the details while seeing the bigger picture.
