Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Walk-in visits: Visit medical colleges within your assigned territory and interact with students.
• Events and activations: Plan, manage, and execute college events, fests, and on-ground activations end-to-end.
• Marketing and awareness: Distribute marketing materials and create strong brand visibility for Marrow.
• Lead generation: Capture and build a high-quality database of prospective users.
• Lead management: Follow up consistently and nurture leads through the funnel.
• Lead conversion: Pitch subscription plans, close deals, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with your manager and cross-functional teams to drive campaigns and hit business goals.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales (field sales preferred).
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus).
• Experience in managing events, conferences, or on-ground activations.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and large student groups.
• (Preferred) Multilingual/comfortable in diverse environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively and meet new people regularly.
• Highly driven, confident, competitive, and a strong team player.
