Recommend design changes to optimize install labor and ergonomics. -\n- Utilize LEAN methods to plan new processes and work cells, and optimize existing operations aimed at eliminating waste and increasing efficiencies.\nMaintain and update existing labor standards. \nPerform time and motion studies on complex tasks using standard Industrial Engineering methods, including direct observation or engineered standards.\nAssist in the development of strategies, standards, guidelines and procedures for documenting and establishing labor standards.\nProvide engineering and economic analysis support in analyzing and designing facilities, workflows, methods, and processes.
