You will translate global trends and start-up innovations into functional vehicle-intelligence concepts for logistics, yard, depot, mining, port and construction applications, collaborating across vehicle engineering, software, validation, manufacturing and external partners.\n Manage an end-to-end technology research or PoC project with defined scope, milestones, risks and measurable success criteria.\nAnalyse global technology trends, start-ups, patents, publications and competitor solutions for relevance to DICV.\nApply design thinking to capture customer/driver needs, frame problems and generate feasible concept alternatives.\nDevelop system concepts, functional architectures, packaging proposals, 3D CAD models, engineering drawings and prototype parts.\nIntegrate mechanical, electrical, electronic, sensing, control and software elements into functional demonstrators.\nPlan and conduct experiments, establish baselines, analyse data, troubleshoot failures and optimise concepts through iterative design-build-test-learn cycles.\nCoordinate with vehicle engineering, E/E, software, validation, manufacturing, procurement, IP, suppliers, start-ups and academic partners.\nDocument findings, risks, limitations and recommendations;
