You'll also be a key point of contact for residents, brokers, attorneys, and boards, making sure every file is complete, on time, and handled professionally.\nSuccess is measured by on-time completion, accurate documents, and smooth closings and move-ins. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, detail-heavy role — ideal for someone organized and proactive who wants to grow into a leadership role in real estate operations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage the daily transfers pipeline: Review incoming and in-progress requests for sales, leases, renewals, alterations, and due diligence; prioritize work based on deadlines and urgency, assign tasks to the offshore team, and track each file through completion to ensure nothing falls behind.\n\nReview the team's work before it goes out — applications, board packages, questionnaires, and closing documents — for completeness and accuracy.\n\nCoordinate sales, leases, and renewals end-to-end, from application through board decision to closing or move-in.\n\nRespond to due diligence requests and questionnaires from attorneys and lenders accurately and on time.\n\nTrack application fees, move-in deposits, and other transfer-related payments, and flag anything missing or out of place.\n\nCoordinate move-ins and move-outs with building staff and the facilities team.\n\nCommunicate clearly with residents, brokers, attorneys, and boards — keep everyone informed and escalate issues early.\n\nKeep the team aligned across time zones with clear handoffs, daily check-ins, and organized notes.\n\nSpot recurring problems or confusing steps, suggest fixes, and help keep SOPs and checklists up to date.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n1–3 years of experience in real estate, property management, transaction coordination, or operations.\n\nFamiliarity with NYC co-op/condo sales or leasing is a plus — not required. We'll train you.\n\nExceptional attention to detail.
