This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to build practical skills, take on new challenges, and grow with the organization.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and maintain internal applications that support business operations.\nWork with databases and SQL to manage information and support reporting needs.\nCreate and maintain reports that help employees access useful business information.\nTroubleshoot software, computer, printer, and network connectivity issues.\nSet up computers, configure user accounts, and help employees get the technology they need to do their jobs.\nAssist with user access, networking, Windows systems, and other IT infrastructure.\nWork directly with employees to understand their challenges and develop practical technology solutions.\nLearn new tools and technologies as business needs and systems evolve.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation, training, or experience in computer science, software development, information technology, or a related field.\nSome programming experience through work, education, personal projects, or other hands-on learning.\nBasic understanding of databases and SQL, or the ability to demonstrate a strong foundation for learning them.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.\nCuriosity, initiative, and a willingness to ask questions and learn new skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with VB.NET, C#, or another programming language.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.\nExperience creating reports with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools.\nFamiliarity with Visual Studio or other development environments.\nExposure to Active Directory, computer networking, Windows administration, or user support.\nWhy This Role\nThis position offers more variety than a traditional help-desk role.
