Your role is to understand the needs of stakeholders, engage digital transformation leaders, and collaboratively determine how to best invest in technology solutions (IT products). You will lead and manage the product lifecycle of solutions, including product vision, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize value for stakeholders. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nExploring Markets and Users: Identify customer needs, industry trends, and competition through thorough research. \nStakeholder Collaboration: Maintain communication and collaborate with stakeholders, including sales leadership, business leaders, customers, and technical teams, to ensure visibility, alignment and informed decision-making. \nProduct Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. \nBacklog Ownership and Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the backlog and participate in planning events. Ensuring work is prioritized based on business value, stakeholder needs, and aligned with broader Daktronics objectives. \nProduct Development: Partner with cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new products and features. \nDeliver value: Leverage the continuous delivery pipeline to release value with higher velocity and predictability. \nRisk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth product implementation. \nCustomer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings. \nWhere is this opportunity located?\nThis role is based in a remote office setting, with occasional travel to meet with technical teams and stakeholders. Standard working hours in the Central Time zone, some evening or weekend work during critical project phases or launches. This position is open to candidates eligible to work in the U.S.\nWhat are the pay and perks?\nThe typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 based on the location of US Remote. This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by Daktronics at any time.\nQualifications\nTo be considered for IT Product Manager, we require the following:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. \nMinimum of 5 years of experience in product management within technical and professional customer service. \nMust have technical experience working with Salesforce. \nMust have experience engaging with strategic partners and building strong partner relationships. \nProficiency in product management tools and software, such as ADO, and Agile methodologies. \nIn-depth understanding of technical and professional customer service required. \nProven ability to work with and motivate cross-functional teams. \nEffectively exercise discretion and independent judgment. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. \nCommitment to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. \nExperience working in an Agile environment with a focus on iterative product development. \nThe selected individual must be able to travel by air and ground and comply with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy to begin and maintain employment.
