Nuestros productos aportan emoción a los partidos profesionales y universitarios, atraen a clientes para empresas de todo el mundo y orientan a las personas en sus viajes, trabajo y entretenimiento.\n¿Por qué elegir Daktronics?\nProductos innovadores: Crea pantallas digitales de vanguardia que se ven en todo el mundo. \nHorario estable: Disfruta de un horario de trabajo constante sin turnos rotativos. \nEntorno limpio: Trabaja en un entorno limpio, seguro, organizado y bien iluminado. \nAmbiente de equipo: Únete a un equipo solidario y colaborador. \nVariedad y crecimiento: Realiza tareas diversas con oportunidades de aprendizaje y desarrollo. \nRemuneración competitiva: Benefíciate de un salario competitivo y prestaciones significativas. \n¿Cuándo trabajaré?\nEl horario de trabajo principal para este puesto es de 7:00 am. a 5:06 pm., de lunes a viernes.\n¿Dónde se encuentra esta oportunidad?\nPuesto ubicado en Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, en nuestro departamento de Producción\n¿En qué consistirá mi trabajo?\nBecome knowledgeable about Daktronics products, systems, processes, and material flow. \nLead and supervise the Inventory and Shipping teams. \nBe responsible for the hiring, training, and development of employees. \nPromote teamwork through effective communication with employees and internal customers. \nOversee purchasing processes to ensure they meet requirements for integrity, accuracy, and scheduling needs. \nUtilize Glovia and other available resources to ensure that only the necessary parts are purchased and that they arrive at the facility when required by Production. \nProvide support for escalated situations, assisting with resolution and helping identify root causes. \nPerform material-related activities as needed to ensure the continuity of Production operations. \nApply Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools to drive continuous team improvement, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. \nMaintain strong working relationships and promote teamwork with suppliers and other plant personnel. \nEnsure safe and responsible work practices. \nFollow and enforce company policies and procedures. \nPerform other duties as necessary to meet customer expectations. \nEmployee Development, Hiring, and Staffing\nPlan and maintain daily interactions with all direct reports to help them achieve and exceed our High Standard of Performance by establishing clear and specific expectations and reinforcing desired behaviors. \nProvide regular and timely performance feedback to direct reports. \nConduct timely and objective performance evaluations in accordance with our Performance Development Cycle standards. \nCreate and facilitate individual development plans for each direct report to strengthen their skills through the use of Skills Matrices, Job Instructions, and other established training resources. \nFacilitate and promote employee mobility both within and outside the home plant to support our commitment to stable employment. \nParticipate as part of a collaborative interview team and select candidates who demonstrate the potential to achieve and exceed our High Standard of Performance. \nWork closely with the Manager and Human Resources to determine staffing levels needed to meet current and forecasted demand, while identifying opportunities to further improve productivity. \nOperations Management\nConduct daily safety audits to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, address identified risks through problem-solving, and participate in monthly safety meetings and audits to provide a safe working environment. \nSupervise all employees and processes within the Inventory and Material Receiving teams, including: \nReceive parts and enter them into inventory, accurately and safely store them in the warehouse, complete all required transactions, and perform regular cycle counts, including the corresponding reporting and adjustments. \nPick and deliver materials based on work orders, shipping requests, transfer orders, Kanban replenishment, and other requirements, including preparing material kits for Production and completing all necessary transactions. \nHandle additional requests, transactions, and material movements as needed to meet customer demand. \nDevelop daily work plans in collaboration with the team and line leaders, defining required activities, staffing levels, assignments, and hourly and daily goals to effectively meet customer demand. \nLearn and maintain stable work processes by occasionally performing each task and regularly observing and auditing every process. \nRegularly perform Leader Standard Work activities as part of our Lean Management System. This includes leading and participating in Tier Meetings, monitoring work through visual controls, and auditing standardized work processes for operators, team leaders, and line leaders. \nRemain available and respond promptly to escalated situations, providing instructions or taking the necessary actions to resolve issues, or requesting additional support to ensure effective Inventory operations. \nMake decisions based on the needs and value of internal and external customers, as well as the overall cost impact to the company. \nPerform value-added activities as needed to meet customer demand. \nBusiness Improvement\nLead and actively participate in Daily Problem Solving activities and Two Second Lean initiatives. \nLead or actively participate in larger-scale improvement projects within areas of responsibility. \nDrive changes to eliminate waste within areas of responsibility, focusing on continuous improvement. \nCommunicate and promote changes and their importance to build consensus among the team and internal stakeholders. \nFoster an environment of daily problem-solving by developing direct reports into effective problem solvers. \nGeneral Expectations\nFoster an environment that promotes and reinforces teamwork. \nBuild positive and professional relationships based on mutual respect and trust with direct reports, colleagues, and other employees. \nRepresent Daktronics as an organizational representative.
