This role provides hands-on experience in artistic operations and an opportunity to learn the day-to-day responsibilities of managing artists and concert logistics.\nDuties:\nShadow artistic staff during concert duties and backstage rehearsals to gain insight into event operations.\nAssist in generating artist itineraries and contracts as needed.\nResearch programming ideas, styles, and trends to support the artistic department’s planning initiatives.\nAttend weekly planning meetings with the artistic department to stay informed on upcoming events and projects.\nPrepare planning documents and materials to support the artistic department’s activities.\nProvide general administrative support as requested to ensure smooth departmental operations.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Music, Arts Administration, Performing Arts, or a related field.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nEnthusiasm for learning about artistic operations and concert production.\nAvailability to commit approximately 15 hours per week to internship responsibilities.\nPreferences:\nApplicants are encouraged to provide a one-page cover letter briefly describing how this internship will help achieve your career goals and why you believe you are the best candidate.\nApplications must be received no later than Monday, November 16, 2026.
