Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d)
Dein Aufgabenfeld:
- Mitwirkung bei Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Kundenstrategie sowie Markt-Beobachtung inkl. Storechecks
- Koordination der Vor-/Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen der Key Account Manager/Junior Key Account Manager
- Koordination der Angebotserstellung und Terminverfolgung bei Kundenanfragen, Initiativen und Artikeländerungen
- Beteiligung an kundenspezifischen Produktkonzepten und Serviceleistungen
- Koordination der Entwicklungsprojekte mit dem Category Management & Marketing
- Wahrnehmung von Kundeninteressen und -bedürfnissen sowie deren Weiterleitung in die dalli-Organisation
- Verantwortliche Mitarbeit in der Steuerung der Prozesse innerhalb des Produktlebenszyklus
- Klärung drohender und bestehender Liefersituationen
Dein Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 1 - 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Handelsmarkensegment
- Ausgeprägte rhetorische Kompetenz, Team- und Kritikfähigkeit
- Starke Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, gutes Koordinationsvermögen sowie organisatorisches Talent
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
- Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse erforderlich, SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
