Trainee Central Engineering (m/w/d)

Als Trainee im Bereich Central Engineering durchläufst du im Rahmen eines strukturierten Traineeprogramms verschiedene zentrale Engineering- und Technikbereiche und erhältst einen ganzheitlichen Einblick in unsere Produktionsabläufe, -prozesse, und -techniken.

Dein Aufgabenfeld:

  • Strukturierte Rotationen in Bereichen wie dPs, Herstellung, Lieferkette, Controlling, F&E, VPE, Vertrieb, Qualität
  • Aktive Mitarbeit imoperativen Tagesgeschäft der jeweiligen Fachbereiche
  • Unterstützung und Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Schrittweise Übernahme eigenständiger Aufgaben sowie zunehmende Verantwortung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Kontinuierliche persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung durch Weiterbildung, Mentoring und Networking

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (idealerweise Masterabschluss) im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung durch Praktika, Auslandsaufenthalte oder Werkstudententätigkeiten im technisch-industriellen oder FMCG-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise mit Kenntnissen im Projektmanagement und Zertifizierung
  • HoheIT-Affinität sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Niederländisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität (Einsätze an unsere Werksstandorten)
  • Sehr gute Selbstorganisation sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
