Role Purpose Support internal audits and fact-finding reviews through data analysis, field verification, documentation, and systematic tracking of findings and corrective actions. Key Responsibilities Audit Planning and Execution: Assist in preparing the audit plan and conducting audits across functions. Tracker Management: Maintain audit schedules, observation trackers, action-taken reports (ATR), and case trackers; follow up with owners for updates and closure evidence. Data Analysis: Analyse financial and operational data to identify exceptions, unusual patterns, and control gaps requiring further review. Field Reviews: Conduct plant visits, process walkthroughs, sample testing, and physical verification to validate records and assess adherence to defined processes and controls.
