Position: Project Procurement Support Designation: Deputy Manager - Senior Manager Function: Project Commercial Place: Delhi Credentials: BE/B. tech (Mechanical, E&I), MBA, PGDMM Responsibilities: Identify, Develop & manage vendors for project supply items. Possess sound Knowledge of Mech / E&I contract with Hands on experience in SAP MM Module. Float enquiry to the Suppliers and Prepare detailed comparative statement. Coordination with all concerned dept (Plant & HO) for Requirement, PRs, Scope of Work, TE, Approvals etc. Carry out cost benchmarking with industry peers, past contracts & internal estimate to ensure procurement within approved budget. Prepare approval notes and release PO/LOI/Agreements within defined TAT from PR to award. Demonstrate expertise in Contract drafting & conduct contractual T & C negotiation with vendors. Ensure 100% compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA), Code of conduct & Procurement SOP’s. Maintain MIS, reports, and procurement data for supplies and contracts. Achieve the average TAT from PR (Scope Finalization Date) to PO/LOI release date. Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of materials. Contract management including completion schedu
