The role combines practical project coordination with manual testing.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nOrganize work in Trello: clarify tasks, owners, priorities, dependencies and deadlines.\n\nCoordinate with product, development, marketing and operations, and raise blockers early.\n\nTurn business needs and team decisions into clear tasks and acceptance criteria.\n\nTest key user journeys, including registration, listing creation, search, booking and communication.\n\nRun regression checks before releases and after important changes.\n\nWrite reproducible bug reports with steps, expected and actual results, evidence and severity.\n\nRetest fixes and keep QA results and release readiness visible.\n\nHelp maintain release checklists and communicate risks to the team.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\nExperience coordinating delivery for a software product, startup or digital project.\n\nHands-on manual QA experience with web or mobile products.\n\nAbility to turn unclear requests into well-scoped, testable tasks.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a structured approach to testing.\n\nClear communication with technical and non-technical teammates.\n\nComfort working in an early-stage startup where priorities and processes may evolve.\n\nExperience with Trello or similar tools. Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Linear, TestRail or browser debugging tools is useful.\n\nFluent Ukrainian and working English for day-to-day team communication.
