bookings.\n Develop and maintain individual account plans for top accounts to maximize production.\n Create data-driven programs and alternative proposals that meet client needs.\n Conduct research to identify frequent business travellers and coordinate operational and marketing aspects of their programs.\n Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.\n Make telephone and personal sales calls to nurture and close accounts.\n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales commitments.\n Achieve and exceed sales quotas and profitability goals.\n Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager with a clear understanding of the market.\n Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.\n Understanding of corporate market dynamics.\n Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.\n Relevant experience working in Dubai.\n Strong communication skills.\n Highly motivated with strong organizational
