Responsibilities\nManage and maintain the project's design document control system.\nControl the receipt, registration, distribution, tracking, and filing of all design documents.\nMaintain document registers, drawing logs, transmittal records, and revision histories.\nEnsure the latest approved drawings and technical documents are available to project stakeholders.\nCoordinate document submissions between consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams.\nMonitor design reviews, approvals, comments, RFIs, technical queries, and resubmissions.\nManage document revisions, status updates, and superseded document control.\nUpload and maintain project documents within electronic document management systems (EDMS/CDE).\nVerify document numbering, naming conventions, revision codes, and metadata accuracy.\nPrepare document control reports and track outstanding submissions.\nSupport project audits and ensure compliance with document control procedures and QA/QC standards.\nMaintain the confidentiality and security of project documentation.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in document control within construction, engineering, consultancy, or project environments.\nExperience supporting data center, infrastructure, commercial, or MEP projects is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with document management platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Procore, SharePoint, ACC/BIM 360, ProjectWise, or similar systems.\nStrong knowledge of document control processes, revision management, and technical submissions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention
