We design, build and operate AI-ready, hyperscale data centre infrastructure for hyperscalers, cloud providers and enterprises, backed by DAMAC Group's extensive real estate and infrastructure expertise.\nWhat you'll be doing\nRun the document control system for all data centre fit-out activities, including the EDMS/CDE.\n\nReceive, register, distribute and track incoming and outgoing project documents, transmittals and correspondence.\n\nMaintain accurate document, drawing and transmittal registers with full revision history.\n\nControl issuance of approved drawings, shop drawings, specifications and technical documents\n\nEnsuring superseded documents are withdrawn from use.\n\nTrack drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs and technical queries through review, comment, approval, rejection and resubmission.\n\nVerify numbering, naming conventions, revision codes and metadata before submission.\n\nChase overdue submissions, approvals and responses across client, consultant, contractor and supplier teams.\n\nMaintain registers for RFIs, submittals, material approvals, inspection requests, NCRs and other project records, and support QA/QC with inspection and quality documentation.\n\nPrepare weekly and monthly document control reports and support project audits.\n\nCompile and archive as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, certificates and handover documentation at closeout.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.\n\nAt least 3+ years of document control experience in construction, fit-out, engineering or consultancy projects.\n\nStrong grasp of construction and engineering document control procedures (IFR, IFA, IFC, AFC, as-built status codes; transmittals; revision control).\n\nHands-on experience with Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Procore, Asite, SharePoint or a similar document management system.\n\nGood working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.\n\nExceptional attention to detail, organisation and follow-up;
