Responsibilities:\nManage and maintain all project documentation for data centre construction and engineering projects.\nReceive, register, distribute, track and archive project documents, drawings, reports and technical records.\nMaintain document registers, revision logs, transmittals and document status reports.\nControl the issuance and revision of engineering drawings, technical submittals, method statements and project records.\nEnsure project teams have access to the latest approved documents and that obsolete versions are properly controlled.\nCoordinate document submissions, reviews and approvals between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.\nUpload, organise and maintain documentation within document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud or SharePoint.\nMonitor document workflows and follow up on outstanding approvals, comments and submissions.\nMaintain records of RFIs, technical submittals, shop drawings, NCRs, inspections, testing and commissioning documentation, as-built drawings and handover packages.\nSupport project close-out activities, including the preparation of O&M manuals and final handover documentation.\nEnsure all documents comply with project naming conventions, revision control processes and filing procedures.\nMaintain secure and accurate electronic and hard-copy document records.\nWork closely with engineering, construction, QA/QC, commissioning and project management teams to ensure timely document delivery.\nManage documentation relating to electrical, mechanical, fire protection, security, telecommunications, architectural and civil systems.\nEnsure confidentiality of sensitive project information and compliance with company and client document control standards.\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience as a Document Controller within construction, MEP, engineering or data centre projects is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of document control procedures, revision management and document tracking systems is required.\nExperience using document management platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Asite or SharePoint is advantageous.\nGood understanding of engineering drawings, technical submittals and construction documentation is beneficial.\nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of documents in a fast-paced project environment are essential.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders are
