host communities.\nPolitical & Social Risk Management\nMonitor political, social, and community developments that may affect project execution.\nIdentify stakeholder-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nProvide regular intelligence and updates regarding local political developments, elections, community sentiment, and emerging issues.\nSupport crisis management and stakeholder response planning when required.\nCorporate Representation\nRepresent DAMAC Digital at government meetings, industry forums, community events, and stakeholder engagements.\nCoordinate site visits for government officials, investors, customers, and community representatives.\nEnsure all external communications are aligned with corporate objectives and approved messaging.\nInternal Coordination\nWork closely with Project, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Operations, and Communications teams.\nMaintain stakeholder engagement records, action trackers, and reporting dashboards.\nProvide regular stakeholder reports to project leadership highlighting opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.\nSupport project teams in developing presentations, briefing materials, and meeting documentation.\nQualifications and Experience -\nBachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in government relations, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, corporate affairs, infrastructure, energy, real estate, telecommunications, or data center projects.\nStrong network across Philippine government agencies and local government units.\nDemonstrated experience supporting major infrastructure or industrial developments.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.\nStrong understanding of Philippine permitting, regulatory, and local government processes.\nFluent in English and Filipino.\nPreferred\nExperience working on data center, telecom, power, industrial, or large-scale real estate developments.\nExperience engaging with BOI, DENR, LGUs, PEZA, DOE, ERC, or similar agencies.\nKnowledge of environmental permitting and
