In this full-time role, you will provide direct support to children diagnosed with autism, helping them build skills and achieve greater independence using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Bachelor's degree preferred\nExperience with children with neurodivergence is preferred but not required\nAbility to pass and maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification\nAbility to pass and maintain CPR Certification\nMinimum age of 21 per licensure requirements\nValid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)\nBe clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions\nSuccessfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical\nFavorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening\nEssential Job Functions\nThe essential functions of this position require the physical ability and mobility needed to perform the job.
