Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Проведение правовой экспертизы и аудита договоров компании в рамках единого юридического ОЦО
  • Разработка договорных конструкций «с нуля» под нестандартные задачи бизнеса, консультирование внутренних заказчиков
  • Создание, актуализация и унификация типовых форм договоров, шаблонов.
  • Подготовка полного пакета договорной документации (допсоглашения, протоколы разногласий, акты, уведомления, обеспечительные документы)
  • Ведение полного цикла договора в системе электронного документооборота

Мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт от 2 лет в производственных компаниях, ритейле или в банке
  • Опыт работы с системами электронного документооборота (преимущественно 1С:Документооборот)
  • Высшее юридическое образование.
