By standardizing processes, improving data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making, you help strengthen the organization’s financial capabilities.\nWorking within the Group Control / Financial Systems domain, you collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics teams, supporting users globally and acting as a bridge between business and technology.\nThis role offers a strong opportunity to deepen your expertise in OneStream while contributing to an international finance transformation journey.\nKey Responsibilities\nDay-to-Day Operations & Support\nFirst point of contact for users (helpdesk function)\nResolve incidents and handle user requests\nMonitor data loads, consolidations, and workflows\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes\nSupport forecast and budgeting cycles\nManage users, roles, and access rights\nSystem Management & Maintenance\nPerform small system changes (configuration, metadata updates)\nMaintain cubes, dimensions, and mappings\nSupport releases, updates, and testing activities\nIdentify and resolve performance issues\nData & Process Control\nMonitor data quality and perform reconciliations\nOversee integrations with source systems (e.g., ERP)\nInvestigate and resolve data inconsistencies\nEnsure reliable and consistent financial reporting\nContinuous Improvement (Practical)\nIdentify recurring issues and address root causes\nAutomate manual steps where possible\nStandardize templates and ways of working\nImplement small improvements based on user feedback\nUser Support & Collaboration\nSupport and train users\nCoordinate with Finance and IT on issues\nDocument solutions and working instructions\nShare best practice across the organization\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or similar\n3-6 years of excellent experience in OneStream\nUnderstanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes\nKnowledge & Skills\nStrong combination of finance and IT understanding\nExperience with data integration and data modelling\nKnowledge of consolidation rules and accounting principles (IFRS/Dutch GAAP)\nAnalytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset\nExperience with change and release management\nPersonal Competencies\nProactive and results-driven\nStrong stakeholder management skills\nHands-on and pragmatic mindset\nAccurate and quality-focused\nStrong communication skills across business and IT\nProfessional proficiency in English (written and spoken)\nWhy Join Damen?\nAt Damen, you will work at the intersection of Finance and Technology, contributing to the operational excellence of a global finance platform.
