This role’s mission is also to break silos between functions with an end-to-end ambition to integrate them seamlessly and to apply the business knowledge to give a competitive advantage to the business, being an established center of expertise within the assigned area. Who will you report to: Head of Core Platforms Location: Vialonga Your Responsibilities:SOLUTION IMPROVEMENT Implements and maintains the specific applications, delivering support within the assigned solution, in line with the D&T strategy and with global solutions, and in close alignment with the business areas or projects to support and improve business and D&T processes.\nLeads large, more complex, and multidisciplinary projects and solutions.\nCross-functional responsibility, by having the big picture, identifying issues, and proposing solutions for topics across different business functions.\nDevelops proposals/functional designs and work together with external partners on the realization of these proposals.\nEnsures that the technology standards and best practices are implemented when working with external partners.\nActively contributes and participates in the operational activities to improve changes, considering business objectives and delivered insights.\nAligns designs with architectural principles, policies, and guidelines.\nSupports the development and improvement of the fit for purpose Domain and Solution Architecture.\nMonitors, guard, and analyze the functional and technical aspects of Solution (s) in scope in line with the agreed performance indicators and defined ways of working.\nManages and supports the AMS (Application Management Services) teams, ensuring monitorization, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and service requests in alignment with business needs, agreed service levels, and D&T operational best teams (e.g. Business Process Management, Data Integration Strategy, User Experience Design).\nLeads the OpCo’s continuous improvement agenda for the allocated capability (Business Process Management, Data Integration Strategy, User Experience Design)\nDrives and guides the application and implementation of best-practices and standards for the capability, across D&T project execution in all functional areas of the department.\nCoaches and upskills internal employees and external consultants in key aspects of the allocated capability.\nBuilds and maintains the OpCo knowledge base within the allocated capability.\nForms and leads the OpCo center of expertise for the allocated capability with a strong link to global CoEs and likeminded OpCos\n CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION Owns the change pipeline of a particular solution following the discussion and approval of the demand priorities by the D&T Management team.\nLeads the technology change in alignment with Business stakeholders and other D&T areas supporting on the implementation of new ways of working.\nSupports the identification of business needs, translating them into input for functional design and new or revised functionalities to relevant stakeholders and verifies the impact and the execution of the changes for the business.\nEnsures that the correct scope of technical testing and end to end scenarios are identified.\nApproves conclusion of SITs test phase.\n We want you to bring:Degree in Technology or other relevant (Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or equivalent) required, master’s preferable;\nAt least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in large and complex organizations and/or IT industry and/or multinational organizations.\nPrevious experience with working in projects, Complex IT Solutions and/or Architectural principles.\nExperience in planning, building and running business solutions, including leading implementation.\nThe ability to empathize with business needs and to translate this into technology.\nAbility to work independently (autonomously), within a collaborative team environment.\nKnow complex integrated solutions from process and business point of view including the solutions that are owned for global teams but impact E2E business process.\nContinuous self-reflection to improve way of working,
