This role combines creative research, product design, and technical expertise, requiring the ability to translate innovative concepts into refined, feasible, and production-ready designs. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Development and external suppliers throughout the entire design process, from initial concept creation to final industrialization, ensuring the highest standards of aesthetics, quality, and technical execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreative Research & Product Vision: Research trends and develop collection concepts aligned with the brand’s DNA and market expectations.\nWatch Design & Concept Development: Design watches consistent with Baume & Mercier’s identity, focusing on proportions, materials, details, and quality.\n3D Visualization & Design Communication: Create 3D renders, sketches, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.\nTechnical Development & Prototyping: Integrate technical constraints and coordinate prototyping to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery.\nIndustrialization & Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Development teams and suppliers to ensure seamless transition from concept to production.\nDesign Process Improvement: Improve the Design Studio’s tools, standards, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Product Design, Watch Design, or a related field.\nExcellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop;
