follow-up to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.\nMaintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards and ensure products are presented according to the Maison's guidelines.\nContribute to inventory management, stock organization, and operational excellence.\nWork collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve business goals and uphold Damiani's values and image.\nProfile\nMinimum 3-5 years' experience in Luxury Retail, preferably within Fine Jewelry, High-End Watches, or Luxury Fashion.\nProven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.\nStrong clienteling skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth and international clients.\nPassion for luxury, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.\nProfessional appearance with impeccable etiquette and attention to detail.\nProactive, results-driven, and team-oriented mindset.\nComfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in Fine Jewelry or Luxury Watch retail is highly preferred.\nFluency in Spanish and
