IL.\nWHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH\nCoordinate and maintain installation schedules, ensuring projects are planned\nefficiently and resources are available when needed.\nCommunicate with customers, installers, project managers, and internal teams to\nconfirm installation dates, provide updates, and resolve scheduling conflicts.\nCoordinate equipment, materials, and logistics for installation projects, including\nshipments, deliveries, inventory tracking, and returns.\nMonitor project progress and proactively address scheduling, equipment, material,\nor operational issues to help keep projects on track.\nArrange corrective work, return visits, and additional material deliveries when\nrequired to ensure customer requirements are met.\nMaintain accurate project, scheduling, equipment, and documentation records in\nClickUp and other company systems.\nSupport project closeout and invoicing by collecting required documentation,\nreviewing project information, and ensuring completed projects are ready for billing.\nRequirements\nYOU BRING WITH YOU\n1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination\nBilingual (English and Spanish)\nEligible to work in the United
