Für unser Team in Düsseldorf suchen wir einen erfahrenen System Engineer (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft-Technologien, Cloud Services und Infrastrukturbetrieb.\nDeine Aufgaben bei uns\nDu übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für zentrale Infrastruktur-Services der Damovo Gruppe in einer komplexen hybriden IT-Landschaft aus Cloud- und On-Premises-Systemen.\nDu administrierst, optimierst und entwickelst unsere Microsoft-basierte Plattform kontinuierlich weiter - darunter Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Active Directory, Virtualisierung sowie weitere Business- und Service-Applikationen.\nDu arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Rechenzentrumsstandorts in Düsseldorf mit und unterstützt bei Infrastruktur-, Automatisierungs- und Migrationsprojekten.\nDu analysierst und behebst komplexe Störungen im 3rd-Level-Support und fungierst als technische Eskalationsinstanz für anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen.\nDu verantwortest den Lifecycle unserer Systeme und Anwendungen - von der Einführung neuer Technologien über Patch- und Release-Management bis hin zur Dokumentation und Governance.\nDu steuerst Berechtigungs- und Sicherheitskonzepte innerhalb unserer hybriden Infrastruktur und sorgst für einen stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsfähigen Betrieb.\nWas Du mitbringst\nEine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B.
