From developing scalable data pipelines to preparing and governing AI-ready datasets, you'll play a key role in enabling machine learning, automation and generative AI solutions across our product portfolio.\nThis role is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career in data engineering while gaining exposure to real-world AI challenges. You'll work with modern technologies, collaborate with highly skilled engineers, and contribute to projects that are helping shape the next generation of AI-powered products at Ideagen.\nResponsibilities\nBuilding scalable data pipelines that power AI models, machine learning workflows, and intelligent product features.\nTransforming large and complex datasets into trusted, high-quality, AI-ready data assets.\nDeveloping ETL/ELT solutions using Python, SQL, AWS, and modern data engineering practices.\nImproving data quality, monitoring, governance, and reliability across data platforms.\nContributing to innovative AI initiatives, including dataset versioning, labelling workflows, and AI-powered automation.\nCollaborating with AI engineers, software engineers, and product teams to solve complex technical challenges.\nExploring new technologies and helping evolve the platforms that support Ideagen's AI strategy.\nSkills and Experience\nExperience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or data integration solutions.\nStrong Python and SQL skills with the ability to develop, troubleshoot, and optimise data workflows.\nExperience working with cloud platforms, ideally AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, or Athena.\nUnderstanding of data quality, validation, monitoring, and governance principles.\nPassion for solving complex problems using data, technology, and automation.\nInterest or experience in AI, machine learning, MLOps, or large language models would be advantageous.\nCuriosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced AI environment.\nAbout Ideagen\nIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
