You'll be writing code, solving problems, exploring AI technologies and building the skills needed to become the next generation of software engineering talent.\nYou'll have the opportunity to shape your career from the outset, gaining exposure to real-world challenges, modern engineering practices and the emerging technologies that are transforming the future of software development.\nWhile others are talking about the future of AI, you'll be helping to create it.Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test and maintain software applications and AI-powered solutions.\nContribute to the development and integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation capabilities within our products.\nCollaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers and technical specialists to solve complex business challenges.\nParticipate in structured learning programmes, technical bootcamps and innovation projects.\nLearn and apply modern engineering practices including testing, security, cloud technologies and software development best practices.\nSupport the delivery of high-quality, scalable and reliable software solutions.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.\nDevelop expertise within AI and software engineering while building a strong foundation for long-term career progression.\nSkills and Experience\nGraduated within the last two years or due to graduate by September 2027 with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related technical discipline.\nKnowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript or similar.\nUnderstanding of software development fundamentals, including testing, debugging, APIs and version control.\nInterest in AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI through academic projects, personal learning, internships, placements or hackathons.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nGenuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies and their real-world application.\nAbility to adapt, embrace new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.\nTo be eligible for our Graduate Programme, applicants must have graduated within the last two years or be due to graduate before the programme start date.
