As Internal Product Communications Lead, you'll help bring that transformation to life through compelling storytelling, strategic communication and high-quality content. Working at the intersection of Product, Technology and Commercial teams, you'll ensure colleagues across the business understand not only what we're building, but why it matters.Responsibilities\nOwn the creation and delivery of internal communications supporting product launches, transformation initiatives and organisational change programmes.\n\nDevelop compelling narratives that help employees understand product strategy, AI initiatives and business priorities.\n\nCreate a broad range of content including launch communications, briefing packs, enablement materials, newsletters and leadership updates.\n\nBuild and manage communication plans aligned to product roadmaps and business objectives.\n\nPartner with Product, Engineering and Design teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging and accessible communications.\n\nSupport commercial and customer-facing teams through the creation of educational and enablement content.\n\nMonitor engagement and feedback, using insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness and reach.\n\nHelp shape the communication strategy behind one of the most significant business transformations within Ideagen.\n\nSkills and Experience\nExperience in internal communications, content strategy, editorial, product marketing or a related communications discipline.\n\nExceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and stakeholders.\n\nExperience working within technology, SaaS or product-led organisations.\n\nStrong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and easily understood content.\n\nExperience supporting organisational change, transformation or business communication programmes.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.\n\nExperience leveraging AI-powered content creation tools to improve efficiency and output quality.\n\nHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.\n\nAs a business, we place great value on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong relationships across our teams. Therefore, for candidates living within a 35-mile radius of Nottingham, this role will follow a hybrid working pattern, with three days per week based in our Ruddington office.
